Privacy notice
Modular Garden Home ("we") collects the details you give on our waiting-list form. This notice explains what we do with them.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number
- Your answers to the waiting-list questions (who the house is for, your county, timeframe and budget)
- Which advert or link brought you to the page
Why we use it
To send you the floor plan, specification and install dates, and to contact you about the garden home. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Advertising measurement
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API so we can measure which adverts lead to sign-ups. When you join, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address, name and phone number is sent to Meta to match the sign-up to an advert. Meta cannot read the original details from it.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your details or share them with other businesses. They are stored with our website host (Netlify) and processed by Meta as described above.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after you join, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@modulargardenhome.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
